FAQ
Questions from companies
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. The quote and the invoice are issued in your company's name, with your VAT number.
When should we book a staff party?
As soon as the date is set. For November and December, two to three months ahead is wise.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes, directly or as a white-label partner: we follow your run sheet and production.
What about international teams?
The repertoire mixes French and English songs, and we work with you in French or English.
Can you provide only a DJ set after a gala dinner?
Yes. For example a 90-minute set from 10 pm to 11:30 pm after the dinner, in a château or a reception venue. We bring the sound system and dance-floor lighting, set up before the dinner starts.
Can you add a line dance class or another activity?
Yes. A line dance introduction with a professional coach, then the DJ takes over on the same setup. A live blind test or karaoke with a musician are also possible.
The venue has its own equipment: how does it work?
By default we bring sound, lighting and show control for the whole evening, set-up and load-out included. If the venue has its own equipment, we check the configuration with its technical manager before the date.
Can you build a themed evening, 1920s or Great Gatsby?
Yes. For example a piano and saxophone duo for the cocktail, a live set with accompaniment, then the DJ until the end of the night. If the theme calls for it, we arrange the rental of a grand piano.
Do you play New Year's Eve parties in hotels?
Yes. 31 December is quoted separately, with several spaces possible and a DJ until the early hours. These dates are often booked several months ahead.
How do booking and payment work?
You receive a written, detailed quotation. The booking is confirmed when the quotation or your purchase order is signed, and payment is made by bank transfer, on the terms stated in the quotation.
